We went to this dealer as a prelimnary step in buying a car. Our sales man, Ken Galimanis, was courtious, listened to our concerns and showed us two models of cars that we were interested in looking at. car. He did a good job of "letting the car sell its self" but was able to obtain the information we needed to help with out decision. We found a car we liked and although the price was a little higher than we expected he pointed out features that made us feel this was the right decision for us. He was walked us throght the purchase process. We were able to leave with a car we are very happy with. I did not feel pressured or pushed into something I was not interested in. The entire experience at Walker's Subaru was great. Ha Lee met us as soon as we pulled into the lot and began questioning what we were looking for. I believe the trade-in price for my Toyota RAV4 was reasonable, considering it had 156,000 miles. The financing department was very professional and friendly. Everyone was friendly. Before leaving the shop in my new car, Ha helped me to connect my Smartphone with the Bluetooth and reviewed with me how to operate the car and its unique functions. There is a great deal involved in buying a new car and the day gets long. But, the experience was very pleasant and painless and I would recommend Walker's Subaru to my friends and family. More

She is certainly not like most auto salespersons where they make you feel pressured or they lack information you want. Ali did not rush or pressure us, but was both patient and efficient. She answered all questions thoroughly, knew the product very well, and handled the paperwork quickly. We liked her no-nonsense yet fun approach to her job. After we purchased our new Forester, Ali showed us the operating detail of the car, set up our phones for bluetooth and adjusted the radio, explaining the menu functions that were available. She has since been available and willing to answer any questions. We love our car. We would highly recommend Walker Subaru and Alix Plaster to anyone looking to buy a car. More
