I needed to purchase a new car. I went to Walker Subaru dealership the first person I met was Ha Lee, that was the beginning of my postive expierence. I knew that I wanted a Subaru Forrester after greetin dealership the first person I met was Ha Lee, that was the beginning of my postive expierence. Once I saw the car I was interested in Ha spent a great deal of time going over everthing in the car from the engine to how the car was constructed to the interior very deatailed and answered my questions along the way. The test drive was just as complete with Ha showing me the features of the car. Buying a car can be stessful but I can honestly say that Ha was friendly, knowelegable and had a ease about him that made me feel at ease. I did not feel any pressure and again just at ease and comfortable. My Father-in-Law is an elderly man suffering from Cancer. He is a proud and self sufficient man that needs to take care of issues for himself. He was very unhappy with the local dealership where he had purchased several new Chevrolet's through the years, and had decided to try Subaru based on recomendations from friends and family. But equally as important to the vehicle itself was the attention to service he would recieve from the dealership and representive. When word went out that Jim was in the market for a new Subaru we recived contact from many dealerships in the region but Ken Galimanis made a very impressive representation of Walkers Renton Subaru. When Ken heard the storys of Jim and the previous dealership, the cancer issues, the travel restrictions, and time constraints, he volunteered to to bring the vehicle many miles to show and hopefully move it. My father-in-law was equally impressed with the vehicle and the level of service he was shown.
