Over the past nine years I've purchased seven vehicles. When we came in, Ali greeted us right away and made us feel right at home. Her cheerful and relaxed disposition made me forget we were in a dealership, which normally make me feel stressed. She showed us the car which demonstrated her vast knowledge of it and also we could tell she truly loved the car. While my husband was talking to the finance manager, Ali took the time explaining all the features of the car, even setting up my bluetooth. We felt like we got a great deal, Ali never told us 'no' and was personable and accommodating.
