My most recent visit was just for a 7,500 interval maintenance so not a big deal. Whenever I have had the car serviced before I received a report indicating things that needing fixing now or in the n maintenance so not a big deal. The only problem is that when the services were actually done they continued to come up on the report at each visit. When I pointed this out to Brad he immediately said it was their error and he would get it corrected that day - which he did. He also followed up with a call to verify that the report now matched up with what I had. I was perfectly happy with the services I received. As for the ratings, was the quality of work "great" vs. "good"? Not sure how I could tell. I certainly don't have any complaints at this point. As for pricing I have no reference so saying "great" wouldn't be fair. Maybe it was, I just don't know. I have had my car serviced there the last 5 years and will continue to do so. More

My experience with Ron and Walkers Subaru in Renton has been exceptional! I bought my car from a Subaru dealership in Carson City, NV and had many problems and I was always treated poorly and when I called been exceptional! Sadly the clutch on my car went out and this was not an expense I was prepared for and being that I just moved to this state 2 months ago, I really didnt have auto repair place that I trusted. Ron and his manager worked with me on the pricing and amde every attempt to get my car repaired under any type of warranty. Ron assisted me every step of the way with upmost professionalism and kindness. The best part is he spoke lamen's term and answered all my questions and was extremly patient and understanding with my situation. Outstanding service. When I took my car for emissions testing, it didn't pass - it showed as "not ready." At first, no one could figure out what was wrong. Ron went out of his way to fix what turned out testing, it didn't pass - it showed as "not ready." At first, no one could figure out what was wrong. Ron went out of his way to fix what turned out to be a very challenging problem and make sure that I was happy with the service. The folks at Walker's Renton Subaru even took my car back through the emissions testing to make sure that it would pass (it did).
