I had been searching for a mini-van type vehicle because of arthritis in my knees which made it really painful to get in and out of cars. I am pretty short so I hadn't considered a SUV type of car because I had had problems getting in and out of these in the past and I didn't want to carry a stool around with me. I was texting my daughter about a new car when she texted me back with the information on some Foresters with low miles at Walkers Subaru Used Cars. We called and talked to Roman and he assured us he would find a car for us that we would love. We went down there about 5:30PM and fell in love with the first car we saw, especially since I could get in and out of it without a problem. It had very low miles and a very good price. We had some finance issues but working with Roman's Manager, we were able to come to an agreement. By this time it was 8:30 PM but, fortunately, the finance department was working late too. We followed Roman to the finance department where we worked with Janice, who, despite the late hour, made us feel that she was happy to work with us. Roman stayed to make sure everything went well. He also needed some information we didn't have with us so he followed us home so we wouldn't have to run everything back on Monday. On Monday, we decided to take our new car up to Snoqualmie Pass. While we were there, Lori from Walkers called to say they had found a better interest rate for us so we went back down and got a better rate. On Wednesday we went to Crystal Mountain and while we were having fun in the snow, Janice from Walkers called and said she had found us a little better rate. We made it back befor closing time and were really pleased that a dealership would go to so much trouble to make us happy. Over all, our experience with Walkers Subaru Used Cars was exceptional. We got a wonderful vehicle that we both love to drive, with payments we can afford. We aren't going to worry about reliable transportation for years and the people at Walkers makes it the place we will recommend to anyone looking for a good car and a great car buying experience.
