Brad was my service representative for this service call. He is always freindly, helpful, and supportive. He was accommodating of the fact that I dropped off my car after hours without prior notification and He is always freindly, helpful, and supportive. He was accommodating of the fact that I dropped off my car after hours without prior notification and had no problem with me not being able to pick it up when it was ready. (I wasn't prepared to pick it up because it was ready a day early--woot to the maintenance crew!) He is very personable, too. He came around the counter to go over the itemized bill even though we are both tall enough to work over that very high counter. He is the friendliest representative I've worked with at two Subaru dealerships! I also want to mention the loaner car situation. Brad and Paul are always able to get me a loaner car when I need one. I only mention this because I have used another representative and was made to feel like I didn't deserve that special of treatment. The paperwork process seemed tedious and the agent acted put out for having to verify my insurance since my card was out of date. Another time when I used a different service representative I was turned down for a loaner car. Now, this could be because there really wasn't one available, but that was the same agent that made me feel like I didn't deserve one when I did get it. I was wondering if Subaru had changed their loaner car policy or if they were running short on loaners. But, the next time I needed service--no problem at all! Getting a loaner car from either Paul or Brad feels more like borrowing from a friend. I should note that Paul is why I use this dealership. I have one that is closer to my home but I drive twice the distance in horrid traffic through some badly timed lights to use Renton Subaru. I had been using Auburn Subaru since we purchased the car there in 2003 until the day they told us that it needed an engine rebuild, quoted us the full price, and offered to take our car as a trade-in on a new one. We were crushed because it would be cost prohibitive to either pay the large repair bill or take on higher monthly payments. My husband expalained our predicament to a co-worker who told us to call Paul. He told us right away that some of that bill was covered under the original factory warranty and that more of it was covered if we had signed up for a maintenance package, which we had. Auburn Subaru sold us the car AND the maintenance package and were aware of both when they quoted the full repair price. I throw away their offers that still come in the mail and brave the Renton roads and traffic to see Paul and now Brad. More

We found the used car that we were interested in on AutoTrader.Com. As soon as we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by Roman. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The truck was exactly what we were looking for but we were very short on time, we were due at my birthday party in two hours. Roman made the deal happen. We test drove, signed all the necessary papers and were on the road in our new vehicle within two hours! My husband and myself were very impressed with Roman's professionalism and respect of our time schedule. The finance manager, Breanna Ogard, was also wonderful. She understood our situation and made the process quick and simple. We are business owners ourselves, we put customer satifaction at the top of our list, it was nice to see that Renton Subaru has those same values. I would definitely shop there again and recommend it to my friends and family. More
I saw the car for sale on Craigslist early yesterday morning, and called Roman at 9am who answered and came in on his day off so that I could test drive the car. He was also amenable to adjusting the price so that it would fit within our budget. I will be be more than happy to recommend him to my friends who are looking for a used Subaru. More
I bought my 2005 Outback in Septemer, 2004. Ron became my service advisor. I cannot say enough how impressed I am, and have always been, with Ron and the service work performed at Walker's Subaru of Renton. service advisor. I expected to spend hours at the service shop because of what appeared to be a "full house of waiting customers." It was not the case. Ron had my headlights replaced and back on the road within 20 minutes. It is rare to find this level of customer service. Because of these past, almost 7, years of quality product, service, and customer appreciation I see no reason to buy my next Subaru from any other dealer than Walker's of Renton. Thanks again, Ron... We were looking for a new Impreza. We happened to find one on Walker's lot that by happenstance had just flipped back to being available. I had spoken to Luke by phone a couple of times before our visit one on Walker's lot that by happenstance had just flipped back to being available. I had spoken to Luke by phone a couple of times before our visit and even he was surprised to find the car on their lot. He was quickly able to allow us to take a test drive and was very helpful. The list price was OK but after I presented my Costco card and ask to take advantage of Costco's auto purchase program I was really pleased with the "Costco price". It really helped make the car more affordable and Walker's seem genuinely please to be able to help us get into the car through the program even though it probably reduced what they made on the sale. Luke was easy to work with and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Or course the Impreza hatchback is so popular they sell themselves so the sales people just stand back and let the customers do all the work. This is the 2nd car we have bought at a Walker dealership and I have been very pleased with the service we have gotten there and I am glad to recommend them. More
Over all great experience. Worked well with me to find out what I needed and able to help me get exactly the work that needed to be done at best cost. No pressure. Even did some extra work at no charge as it was under warranty that I didn't know about! The only thing is I asked them to replace the back wiper on my car, and upon driving home there were still streaks. Either it hadn't been changed out or perhaps was changed wrong? Not a big deal at all, all other services made up for this issue. More
