I have completely changed since my most recent experience at Renton Walker Subaru. I bought a 2012 Forrester that is not only a pleasure to drive, but also a very nice looking car. We used the Costco buyer's plan and saved a bundle and made the process painless. Worked with Luke Gunter - a very nice guy who was most accommodating and well informed. He stepped me completely through all the features - I usually buy a very basic car, but this one is loaded and I am finally in the 21st century - and that was much appreciated. I understood him perfectly but he talks really fast which could make a buyer feel anxious. We finished last night at 10:30 and he stayed with us throughout and until we drove off. He ensured we understood what was occurring, by whom, and when the next step would begin.
