This is the best car shopping experience Ive ever had. Roman was very informational,friendly and Honest made it very easy. Normally car shopping is pretty nerve racking but not in this case. Where does one begin to describe a pack of sleazeball liars? Found a suitable pre-owned car and with financing pre arranged was completely ready to purchase this $20,000 vehicle. I was informed that I would still need to fill out a credit application with my social security number so they could run a "soft" credit check. When I pressed them for a reason, I was told that this was a Patriot Act law and there was no way around it. BULL! I challenged them to provide documentation to that effect and of course they couldn't. When I called the dealership later I was informed that this was now company policy. Well, which is it? Is this a Federal law or is it company policy - or don't you people know?? All simple lies to try to either run your credit for their own needs or sell your information to a third party. How can these bozos be trusted after a blatant lie like that? OK, I get it... you're used car salesmen; that doesn't mean you need to act like one. So, Mr. Tahir Faizoullin, please provide credible links to this alleged Patriot Act requirement. Barring that, why do you flat out lie to your customers like that? You lost the sale as soon as your sales stooge opened his mouth. Sure, I let him back the car out but made a simple excuse as to why the car was not acceptable. It wasn't the car, jackwads - it was fine and I was ready to buy. Your credibility was lost as soon as you lied to me. No personal loss to me except for 10 minutes of my time - there are other credible dealers out there who don't pull this kind of crap. Avoid this place at all costs! More

I cannot begin to describe my amazing satisfaction with Walker's Renton Subaru. I had a fender bender and needed a new car immediately. I used USAA to find a dealership and having used them before I know they are always excellent. Roman at Walker's, however, raised the bar to a completely new level. What I've always experienced as an all-day event was mere hours with Roman. He also worked to get me a better price and better financing than even the USAA guaranteed price and rates. Crazy! Roman was so courteous. Water, coffee, anything. He pointed out every single flaw of the used card. He was 100% about my experience and not solely about the sale. He's contacted me twice since my purchase simply to ensure I was still satisfied and everything was working as advertised. I've purchased over a dozen vehicles in my life, so far, and I can say emphatically that I will track down Roman to make my next purchase. Perhaps later this year with a BRZ??? What do you say Roman? Thanks again so very much!!!!! More

Roman was very friendly and willing to help, the dealership as a whole went very out of their way to help me get all of the final paperwork signed and ready. The only reason I would not rate this a dealership as a whole went very out of their way to help me get all of the final paperwork signed and ready. The only reason I would not rate this a "5" all the way through is because I was promised a certain interest rate on my loan, signed the final paperwork for it and everything, and was under the impression that everything was finished. I was told that everything was final and we were all done and they sent me off with my new car. Then two days later they called me back saying that the bank had changed their minds and that my interest rate is now over double what i had signed off for on my paperwork and that I needed to come back and sign the paperwork for my new loan amount and that my monthly payments were now over $50.00 what I had been promised. I was surprised and upset, but Roman and the manager assured me that this is typical for first-time buyers. So this was obviously something that was out of Roman's hands, I was only upset because I wish I had been made aware of this instead of promised something different. He was very helpful and friendly through all of it and did his best to exceed my customer service expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda or Suburu! Outside of that one quirk this was a great first-time buying experience. More
My experience with Walkers Renton Subaru greatly exceed my expectations based on my previous history attempting to finalize a used car purchase. The customer service was great from the start with Roland M my expectations based on my previous history attempting to finalize a used car purchase. The customer service was great from the start with Roland Myers offering a smile asking me why I had come in and what it was I was looking for in a new purchase. He immediately asked me about my current vehicle as well as what my expectations were for the new vehicle in my life. Like any great customer-facing representative for a company, Roland kept my experience about me and not the dealership. The price negotiation was extremely professional. While our starting price points differed, Roland never resorted to common dealership tactics of accusing me the customer of trying to force the dealership to lose money on the deal. Based on an internet discount dramatically lower the selling price of the vehicle from the start, the sales manager was not able to move off the his selling price, but instead adjusted his offer on my high mileage 1999 small sedan. When a final price agreement was set, I am confident in saying that both myself and the dealership with happy with the deal. The final stop of the process was with Alden Andrews, Finance Manager, who brought my purchase experience with Walkers Renton Subaru to a close. Alden walked me through the paperwork, dealt with my "less than normal" finance through USAA, and explained the pros and cons of the warranties without pressuring me to make an additional purchase. All in all, the experience was great and very efficient since arrival to departure I was at the dealership for a little less than 3 hours. With this as my first impression of Subaru, I can say that I look forward to a long relationship with company. More

I have been going to Walker for service on my Subaru for years and have always had a positive experience. Paul Monday is very helpful in explaining the problem and helping me prioritize the repairs. But this last visit he really went above and beyond for me, which is the reason for this post. My Forester XT, started experiencing turbo failure, after just three years since it's first replacement. Paul helped me track down all my oil change receipts, and advocated on my behalf with Subaru of America. He must have been pretty convincing, because SoA agreed to pay for all the repairs (minus $250) even though the part was only warrantied for a year. This would never had happened without Paul! That he cared about me as a customer to go to such lengths was really touching. When it turned out that the catalytic converter was the cause of the turbo failure, they replaced that too at no additional charge. AMAZING! Even though I ended up trading my Forester for a smaller car with better mpg, I will be taking my new non-Subaru here for all maintenance. I have never worked with a more honest and empathetic service adviser. More
