David was very helpful. I contacted dealer by phone first because of an online sighting and he was very responsive. Although the car hadn't been ready for showing, he tracked it down for us and met us first because of an online sighting and he was very responsive. We made a deal and purchased it on the spot with a little blind faith that the dealership would replace the tires, detail and final inspect the vehicle before we received it. My husband e-mailed about the new Impressa's and didn't get the information he needed. We are looking to purchase a new Impressa and needed to know what the fleet price is. We don't live close but I called and was told in order to get a fleet price for Costco members, I needed to come in and give them a copy of my card and pick out a car so they can copy it for Costco (What a farce!). So when I was in town today, I stopped in and Joy was busy so she had me talk to this other sales person who was familiar with the fleet plans too (he really wasn't found out later). I told the guy that we already test drove an Impressa in Bellevue and that I was told he had to come down etc.. and was interested in the price Costco and Boeing had to offer. He led me to the back asking about buying a car today and what type of car I was interested in. He left me back there and said he'd be right back with the keys to the car. All three of the Impressa cars there were boxed in behind other cars so you couldn't go anywhere anyway unless they moved all the cars. He went in- never checking to see if the car was opened- I happened to check the back- it opened! I got in and checked out the features in the hot sun waiting for him to appear checked the other 2 as well. This is my first time, this place is small, not very impressive for a business and most of the sales people didn't look or act very professional. I finally went looking for this guy and found everyone was sitting or standing around inside. I found the sales guy talking to the manager in the cool sales office!! While I'm in the hot sun waiting for him to come back with the keys- he's talking to Joe!!! Plus I have to spend my time looking for the sales guy who didn't really know much about fleet plans or this Joe fellow! Even the sales guy didn't know Joe's last name and Joe didn't have a business card and either did the sales guy who had to give me a written one @ his desk! He also wanted me to go back out to the back for the price and I said I already know what the price of the car is and he said he didn't so I told him it's 25,454.89- the same as other Subaru dealerships-there's no discount down in Renton!!! That's all I needed to know!! and What the Costco and Boeing fleet prices were which it took them over an hour in the hot sun and in Joe's office giving me the run around side stepping the info!!! I talked to the manager and the sales guy together about What was the price for the Impressa through costco and Boeing- I got the run around and finally he said Costco didn't have the Impressa on their fleet plan program and said their price marked is what they are and no lower! JOE -if that is even his real name said We'd have to go through Boeing for the fleet price- he acted as if he couldn't be bothered but was happy to waste my time, my gas, my body in the heat while giving me loads of bull!! I nor my husband are impressed with any of the people @ Walker,s Renton Subaru and would not purchase a car from them even if they were the last people on earth!! WALKER RENTON SUBARU - I went thru thru H.. and back TODAY to get a price on a car we already are interested in purchasing-SO I don"t need to explain where your company can go-YOU'ER ALREADY THERE - So YOU CAN KEEP YOUR CARS!!!!! 7/13/2012 More

It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and the agent made the process very smooth and easy. Although i think the rate of financing was on the high side,if there was something that the agent could agent made the process very smooth and easy. I would give Roland a 10 for friendliness if I could! He was super helpful and never made me feel pressured. I looked at dealers on the Eastside first -- bad idea. Basically tried to make me feel bad for wanting more for my trade in since it's a hassle for them to sell the car. Renton Subaru was nothing like that... it was actually fun! The price on the car was a great deal, and they came right on the money for my trade in. I should have listened to my co-worker and gone to Renton in the first place -- much better experience and prices than what I found in Bellevue/Issaquah! More
we purchased a VW bug for our daughter from Roman he was eager to help us. the car had a broken transmission.
