Not to mention that the car we bought was brought down in price so that we could have a monthly payment we could afford. Thank you to all the staff that worked with us during our purchase. We would also like to thank Lori. She came in at 9:30p so that we could have all of our fnancial paperwork handled, and she also worked with us to get us the best deal possible for our extended warranty. We initially came to this dealership looking for a specific model of minivan, based on a small amount of online research. We didn't have much time the first day, but Roman was friendly and very accom specific model of minivan, based on a small amount of online research. He also highly recommended that we look at a different model - one slightly older than we initially wanted, which made us hesitant. However, the older model was in better condition and upon further online research that evening did prove to have a better track record, more cargo room, and retained its value despite its age. It was also from a brand I had more experience and trust in, so thanks to Roman our plans took a different - and better - direction. He was also very nice on our return visit, and while he was quite emphatic about getting our business he was never too pushy. I feel like in the end we got a fair deal on our trade-in, and a good price on the new (to us) car. The one concern I had was that the cost of adding a warranty to cover the car was higher than we had at first been led to believe. Roman indicated from my first question about it that he wasn't sure, and the business manager would have that info - but he gave me a rough estimate that proved to only be about half the cost per month of the base warranty. I don't think it was done intentionally at all, but if that is something you are wondering about it would be worth maybe talking to someone who can give exact info first rather than finding out at the end when signing papers. We still went ahead with the warranty, since our last used car (a 2002 VW Beetle, the very one we traded in on this purchase) had a transmission failure during the short 3k mile warranty it came with... but it put us about $50 a month over where I had wanted to be. Hopefully it is worthwhile :) More

My wife and I have bought many cars at several different dealerships in the Greater Seattle area over the last 24 years. The purchase of our 2012 Outback from Roman Shumskiy was one of the most pleasant de dealerships in the Greater Seattle area over the last 24 years. The purchase of our 2012 Outback from Roman Shumskiy was one of the most pleasant deals I have ever experienced. Buying a car can be a nerve-racking experience, but Roman helped make this time around more than tolerable. He was knowledgeable about the car as well as the services available at the dealership. He was very attentive to our needs and questions, but he was never pushy. He gave my wife and I free time to talk alone, yet he made himself available to answer any questions we had. We came away from the purchase pleased with our new Outback and happy with the deal we were given. In the past, I have worked with dealers who would say disparaging remarks about my trade-in in an effort to discredit its value, but Roman & the Sales Manager gave us a very reasonable deal on our two trade-ins; I never felt pressured neither to "buy now" nor to accept less for my old vehicles than I felt was equitable. Roman is a "regular" guy. He told us about his family and his hometown. He knew the value of the Subaru would sell itself, so he let the car work its magic and he just took care of us. I truly feel as if I made a new friend that I would be happy to work with again, especially when I buy my next car. Thanks again Roman! More

He showed us options and comparible vehicles and he dealt in pricing very quickly and very friendly to our budget and pocketbook. Definitely look up Andrew for your new or used car! Breanna Ogard and Lori Brown in the finance department were amazing. We were prepared for a couple of hours of paperwork and hidden fees and going back and forth. None of that happened. Breanna had us out of there in less than an hour with all paperwork signed. A couple of days later I found a better finance rate with my own bank and contacted the dealer to inquire about moving the loan. Lori then contacted the original lienholder and after one or two phone calls informed me the lienholder agreed to an incredible new rate, just to keep our business. I would definitely use Walker Renton Subaru for my next car, and I'm sending my friends and co-workers there. No complaints at all, except that they are in Renton and not West Seattle. More
Luke went the extra mile. First of all, his sales approach was more passive than aggressive, something we very much appreciate. His knowledge of the various models was more than adequate for us. He made a last minute price adjustment that he would not necessarily have had to do by reducing the value of one of the services. He also set up my cell phone for bluetooth which was very helpful and he told us how to set up the rear view mirror sensor for the garage door, also very helpful since we are technology challenged. I'd recomment Luke to anyone looking for a subaru. we passed up our local subaru dealer to go to Walker's and we are glad we did so.
