We were initially shopping for a used Outback for my granddaughter based on the budget she had been given. The dealer was great and allowed me to take the car to my mechanic to have it checked out. We later learned that the person paying for the car would not pay for a used one but instead upped the budget. The dealer voided the original contract, worked with us to get the car she wanted and she is now happily driving her 2013 Outback. More

Both sales people were very friendly, and we feel we were treated quite well. The only thing that could have been improved was the detailing of the car we bought. We visited the dealership that week and found Pete to be very helpful at finding us the Outback that matched our preference without being at all overbearing or pressuring us. We were pleased to find that Pete had found the perfect 2012 Outback for us, with very low mileage and all the specs we wanted. While we initially thought it would be far out of our price range, Pete worked diligently at making the car something we could afford. He gave us a sale price we were very pleased with and top dollar for our trade in - far more than other dealers had initially suggested and certainly more than we'd expected. Even after the sale Pete continued to work for us, going above and beyond what anyone would have expected him to do. My husband and I were thrilled that we decided to head to Renton from Kirkland to work with Pete, as we feel he gave us a great deal and we truly enjoyed the experience. More
