Saw a mazda 3 I wanted online and called in. Duke was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. We took it for a test drive and I liked it. The best car buying experience I have ever had! I worked with Doug Truong. Doug was completely prepared. I found him to be personable, sincere, knowledgeable and professional. I felt very comfortable the entire time. Doug passed me on to Alden Andrews who helped me finish all the paperwork. I had a few questionable issues with my credit and Alden never made me feel uncomfortable, he handled things in a manner that put me at ease. I really did feel that he had my best interest in mind. I know everyone has their own opinion about car salesmen. I will definitely return to Walker's for my next car. More
I received great customer service from Bryan Furse and Jeff Craig. Bryan replaced a driver-side, low beam lightbulb which was very difficult to do myself. Bryan also accepted a competitor's oil change coupon that had expired 2 days earlier with no problem. Jeff Craig drove me to me place of work (2 miles away) and picked me up after the service was complete. Both were very pleasant and courteous. More
I got a good deal for my 2012 Mazda3 and a great service. I already knew what model and options I wanted when I walked in and the staff didn't try to push additional options and accessories once they knew what I am looking for and we focused on discussing the price. Words from a very happy and satisfy owner of a brand spanking new 2012 Mazda CX9. :D With our hearts set on getting a good year end deal on a 2011 model, we quickly realize it was slim pickings becaus spanking new 2012 Mazda CX9. :D With our hearts set on getting a good year end deal on a 2011 model, we quickly realize it was slim pickings because the entire region didn't have any. After blasting emails to all nearby Mazda dealers and getting the response only 2012 models are available, we were very disappointed to say the least and to further compound the disappointment the quotes we got for 2012 weren't great either, they were good but wasn't 2011 get it off the lot good. Just as we were about to throw in the towel and call it quits for the year, I got an email from Doug at Walkers (Renton) and after couple of emails and phone calls exchanges we struck a very reasonable deal (still smiling :D). However, nothing is done until the paperwork is signed, when we got to the dealer and saw our CX9 sitting there waiting for us to take her home and Doug greeting us I notice one of the option I requested, roof rails, were missing. Oh snaps no.. fought traffic with my preggo wife to close the deal to find out is missing an option.... C'Mon Man! Doug quickly got on the horn and asked "da Man" if is possible to add the option to the car ........ pause for a minute and think what would be the likely scenario/compromise ....... A. OK no problem, B. Split the cost C. No can do!, going home empty handed and suffer my preggo wife's staring me down telling me I FAILED without saying it or D. None of the above. ............. Answer is D, I got my rails with no additional cost but I had to install them myself, (o_0) wtf ??? That completely threw me off I didn't expect that but after finding out is only 4 bolts I was pleased, while signing we joked I should have asked for the rails WITH installation in my email. I really appreciated Doug and Walker's Mazda for not messing around and got me out the door with the price we agreed on and didn't play any games. Little bit of drama but everything worked out and under Alden's swift care we got out the door with 0% financing. I would have to say if I had to get another Mazda CX9 I would do this all over again with the exception to specify the rails to be installed. More
