We had a great experience with Ken Palmer. We were drawn to the dealership by an advertisement we saw on the website and called to ask a couple of questions. When we arrived at the dealership to look at the car he had it pulled up in front to show us and was also prepared with some comprable cars for us to discuss. He was knowledgeable, helpful and seemed to want our business unlike the Bellevue Mazda dealership which we had visited a couple days earlier. Ken really listened to our concerns and came up with great options and solutions to address those concerns so that the car could meet our needs. We also really appreciated that once the sale was complete, Ken took the time to sit in the car with us and went over all of the features of the car, showing us how to work everything from the windshield wipers to hooking up the bluetooth. That is customer service! Overall we were very pleased with Ken and the Renton Mazda Dealership. More

I came to Walker for one reason ..BRYANT MORRIS.. He is the BEST!! I have bought 2 cars from him now. I went to him for a 2nd car and I knew he would not steer me wrong. I've just purchased a new Mazda from this dealer and the process was about as relaxed as it could be without having someone else turn up for you. When I first turned up I was greeted by AJ and he was ver process was about as relaxed as it could be without having someone else turn up for you. When I first turned up I was greeted by AJ and he was very personable and no pressure at all. He instantly noticed that we had already done a lot of pre-research so got straight to facts and less sell. He was happy to let us test drive the vehicles and the overall experience was just like giving a friend a ride. I definitely didn't feel like I was in a sales situation. When I returned for the purchase for the new car the experience was the same. I had a price in mind that I was happy paying and had an offer for that from a different dealer, but wanted to work with Renton based on location preference. They matched the offer with very minimal back-and-forth to the sales manager. It was nice not to have to go through the 'manager introduction' experience where they come and take over to try and close on the deal. One more positive for the relaxed experience. I was also trading in my current car and they offered me a fair price right away so I didn't even need to negotiate there. As this is a new car I can't comment at all on the service department, but overall I would definitely recommend them for the sale. AJ was great to work with and he was the main reason why Walker's Renton Mazda got my business. More
