I planned on buying a car from a dealer for the first time ever. I was incredibly nervous because I did not want to accept a bad deal and get stuck with something I was not completley comfortable with. time ever. I went in with a wish list and an "I will settle with this" list. I met with Ken on the lot who asked me a couple of questions about what I would like and he took me right to it. He was patient and answered all of my questions. We sat down to talk numbers, and I was afraid that it would never work out. After some number crunching and a few questions. I signed an agreement. I walked out of Walkers Renton Mazda with the car at the very top of my wish list and perfectly within my budget! I couldn't be happier, and would reccommend this dealership in a heartbeat. I was happy to return to where I started with the test drive and buy the car. The entire team worked great together to get my car, and they were very reasonable with my trade-in price and made the deal very positive for me. The finance guy was great, no pressure and had very good price points for his products. They also used my strong credit and got me a great 1.79% rate. Sorry to sound too positive and potentially a bit cheesy, but that was my experience over this last weekend. I have an awesome loaded Cx-5 in my driveway - thank you! More
