I did not buy my truck from walker but I do bring it to walker for service and will only deal with Brian Kirk. I am sad that I will have to leave and go to another Ford dealer for service now that my exten walker for service and will only deal with Brian Kirk. We’ve worked with Brooks multiple times in the past. While he’s pleasant to talk to, he’s extremely difficult to get in touch with. Recently, we had an issue with our truck—a clunking noise when downshi While he’s pleasant to talk to, he’s extremely difficult to get in touch with. Recently, we had an issue with our truck—a clunking noise when downshifting. Since it’s our only vehicle, we carefully scheduled a time to drop it off when we could borrow a friend’s car. We left the truck at the shop for a week, and during that time, we were reassured it would be test-driven thoroughly to identify the problem. They also told us that if a deeper issue was found, they could reschedule the service and provide us with a rental. After the week was up, we learned the truck had been driven less than a mile, and they claimed they couldn’t replicate the issue. Communication became a problem, as Brooks stopped answering our calls or returning messages. I eventually had to contact the service manager, Ryan. After a few conversations, Ryan personally tested the vehicle, confirmed the noise, and promised to get back to us with a rental and a plan to dig deeper into the issue. It has now been four months, and we still haven’t heard back. While Don Mast has always been helpful, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. More
