I hate buying a new car, typically it is the most painful process I ever have to deal with and for the life of me I am not sure why it has to be so painful. I would sooner get a root canal and a colonoscopy process I ever have to deal with and for the life of me I am not sure why it has to be so painful. I would sooner get a root canal and a colonoscopy at the same time than have to deal with a car dealer. To my surprise, Waldorf was different. I started communicating with Skip and Raphael over email and text messages and they were both very pleasant and helpful. I made the trip to the lot on a Saturday morning and I was introduced to Tatyana. I told her I didn't like buying cars and I am not good at, nor do I want to, negotiate. She asked me a couple of questions and my response was give me a good deal on my trade in and give me a good deal on the truck I want. Working with the manager they came up with what I felt, were both good offers. Tatyana turned me over to Mark in finance and he came up with a very good loan rate and I enjoyed some very pleasant conversation with Mark as we finished up the paperwork. Mark didn't put any pressure on me top buy anything additional, which I was absolutely expecting. Next time I am in the market for a new RAM Truck, I know exactly where I am going. More
