Where should I start? Purchase a new Ram Limited over two months ago and still have not received my tags or registration. Multiple issues have not been addressed. I still have items on the "owed" paperwork that have not been done. Triple check all the dollar amounts closely because they got me for another $500+ by lowering the tags/title fee but not lowering the final price. On top of all that, I find out two weeks later that the dealership had been sold. Then about three to four weeks after buying the truck I am no longer getting any response to my calls or text, just "we'll pass along the message". My last visit, which BTW is 1 to 1.5 hour drive each way, I am told the sale manager and product specialist that I dealt with no longer work there and the dealership had actually sold the week before I bought my truck but had not been turned over to the new group until the week after I bought it. Plus, I would have to drive a few miles further to the Chevrolet dealership to try to get my tags/registration. Oh... the Ram dealership showed me a piece of paper with email addresses on it and said "take a picture of this because you will have to email them with any concerns or issues moving forward." To really top it all off, now the closest Ourisman Ram dealership is another 30-45 minutes further away from me.
