I visited the Dodge Service Center on June 18, 2024. Dominic was my Service Rep. He was great in attending to my service needs on my 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. However, I opted to have my air conditioner unit checked because that's why I was there in the first place. In the morning, the air conditioner was blowing out cold air. However, by midday, the unit was blowing warm to hot air. The technician ran a dye through the a.c. unit to see if there was a possible leak. Unfortunately, as explained to me, the dye needs to circulate through the a.c. unit for at least 5-days. Therefore, I will be returning to Dodge as requested. In addition, the a.c. unit registered a 1 1/2 lbs. of freon. The technician added another 1/2 lb. of freon to register 2 lbs. Currently, the a.c. unit is blowing out cold air. I am praying that there is no leak anywhere. We shall see. Thank you Dominic for your excellent customer service! More
I had my truck in for service and they got me right in as I was walk in on a Saturday morning. I had my dash lights on like a Christmas tree and CP got me right in and repairs completed. CP assisted me with repairing/replacing radio after the navigation software corrupted it. He kept me up to date with everything thay was going on. Very professional young man. So… I took my truck in for an electrical issue. I also said hey something is also leaking could you check it out. Boy did they… so they said they looked all through the truck. From the pedal(where I also said hey something is also leaking could you check it out. Boy did they… so they said they looked all through the truck. From the pedal(where the “issue” was) all the way back to the ECU. And couldn’t find anything. But oh they found my “leak” it was from my trans pan…. So I bought parts bc I didn’t want the stock pan. And they call say it’s done yada yada. So I come to pick it up and I noticed before I went in under the truck there’s still a puddle… salesman said oh that’s just residual.. so he charged me for “looking into” the electrical and for installing the trans pan. I leave and drive immediately to another shop. Within an hour of looking into the electrical issue the mechanic finds a bundled mess of electrical tape wires just twisted together with nothing other than tape to hold them together. He also found a connector that was corroded as all get out and also broken into 3 pieces. Needless to say it was in between the pedal and the ecu… so I called dodge and explained what the mechanic found and they were shocked and wanted to see pictures. Oh also I still had a leak…shocking… and even after I showed the salesman the PUDDLE under the truck before I left he still didn’t believe me and then started to say oh well maybe it was the pan that you provided. Of course placing blame elsewhere immediately. Next he wants me to bring it in so they can look at it again. I’m thinking why the heck would I waste more time when you couldn’t get it right the first time. Also it was never the trans pan leaking. It was the trans cooler line. I went under the truck for exactly 1 min and found the steady drip. Needless to say I wanted a refund. Which they only gave me for the “labor” or HACKMANSHIP they “provided.” There is more but I think I’ve made my point. Dealers just as shotty as the rest of em More

Best oil change ever! My vehicle was picked up from my house, serviced, and returned home afterwards. The best thing of all, it was the cheapest oil change I had ever had My vehicle was picked up from my house, serviced, and returned home afterwards. The best thing of all, it was the cheapest oil change I had ever had any dealership! And that's with (9) quarts of synthetic oil. I'm spreading the word to all my friends and family. Can't beat that price and the excellent service! The Service Writer, Dawn Long, was such a pleasure to work with. Great employee, great service and at a great price. Can't be best More
