Service has been nothing short of Excellent. My wife and I drive two hours round trip to Waldorf Dodge for service, this when I could simply go a few minuites down the road to my local Dodge de My wife and I drive two hours round trip to Waldorf Dodge for service, this when I could simply go a few minuites down the road to my local Dodge dealer in Great Mills Maryland. We do this because of the Excellent Level of Care and the Attention to Detail Ruben and his team have provided in maintaing first our Scat Pack and now our Hellcat Challenger. I have trusted this team at Waldorf Dodge in particular to perform post sale upgrades to my interior(s) and suspention systems on both Challengers and the workmanship upon return was better than I would have expected if from the factory. All work performed has been the result of Ruben's listening to our feedback in the cars performance and his recommendations. All service advice and follow on maintenance upgrades provided by Ruben and his team have delivered better than expected traction, handeling and over-all performance improvements. Albeit it would be easier for us to use our local Dodge dealer for service but bottom line we have found at Waldorf Dodge a Service Manager and Service Team that are perfect in execution every time they step up to the plate. As a maintenance professional myself, I recognice excellence - 5-Stars Would Highly Recommend More

I purchased my 2023 GoMango Dodge Challenger R/T Scatpack w/Shaker July 2023 right off the showroom floor! I hadn't purchased a brand new vehicle in over 30 years, as I purchased my prior 2 used vehicles in w/Shaker July 2023 right off the showroom floor! I hadn't purchased a brand new vehicle in over 30 years, as I purchased my prior 2 used vehicles in cash from private owners. I HATE going to car dealers to purchase a vehicle so I was very pleased that my entire purchase experience at Waldorf Dodge!! It has been almost 1 year of ownership and it has been ABSOLUTE ENJOYMENT with my challenger!! I recommend Waldorf Dodge for your new vehicle purchase! More
I visited the Dodge Service Center on June 18, 2024. Dominic was my Service Rep. He was great in attending to my service needs on my 2011 Dodge Durango Citadel. Dominic keep me abreast of the technician's findings. He explained the work that needed to be done. However, I opted to have my air conditioner unit checked because that's why I was there in the first place. In the morning, the air conditioner was blowing out cold air. However, by midday, the unit was blowing warm to hot air. The technician ran a dye through the a.c. unit to see if there was a possible leak. Unfortunately, as explained to me, the dye needs to circulate through the a.c. unit for at least 5-days. Therefore, I will be returning to Dodge as requested. In addition, the a.c. unit registered a 1 1/2 lbs. of freon. The technician added another 1/2 lb. of freon to register 2 lbs. Currently, the a.c. unit is blowing out cold air. I am praying that there is no leak anywhere. We shall see. Thank you Dominic for your excellent customer service! More
