What a great place to buy your next vehicle. We flew in from out of state to by a truck we could not find anywhere else. The price was great, the people even better! Ask for Anthony !! I do not recommend anyone to purchase a pre-owned certified or used vehicle from this dealership. I have never experienced such a horrible purchasing experience. I purchased a 2019 Dodge Charger SXT Plus on September 8th. I bought it back about 3 weeks later because the suspension had some issues with the shocks. The service advisor wanted to change it but the used car manager Carlos insisted I put over 1,000 miles on the car so that he could use my extended warranty that I purchased with my car sale. I didn’t understand how you wanted me to wait and drive a car with faulty shocks. I will say the general Manager Mike did help with getting my car serviced and making sure I was in a loaner vehicle. However they only fixed one side so I had to return a week later for the other side to be fixed. Now I noticed my car holds funky odors and I asked for the service records to see if the cabin air filter has been replaced before and the general manager was so nasty, condescending, inconsiderate, and spoke down to me as if I was incompetent and he insisted I wanted everything done for free. I never asked for anything free I did ask would this be something I am responsible for since I purchased this car almost two months ago and honestly the cabin air filter should have been replaced before selling the car as it’s recommended every 15,000 to 30,000 miles and per the service advisor this car has NEVER had that work perform before. So why should I be paying for something that has never been done. How do you determine a vehicle is certified if you aren’t checking all components of the vehicle. I do not appreciate being talked down on and someone insinuating I want everything down for free because I am not that type of customer. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this dealership. I have NEVER experienced such a unforeseen experience in my life with none of my Acuras that I own. I highly recommend to look into the demographics of the area you are shopping because it’s a huge difference of how you are treated and valued. I feel like pure xxxx the way Waldorf Dodge has been treating me. Lesson learned and never again. More

We worked together for about two months on pricing, and when the opportunity arose to meet my price, they politely and professionally contacted me and let me know that we had a deal. (national incentive timing) Vernell was my sales associate who greeted me in the rain a couple of months ago (I purposely chose a rainy day so as not be be accosted by the sales vultures.). Yet, this experience was notably different and not only did she go out of her way to help me, but wasn't pushy at all. In fact, she was both professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was looking at, and helped me find the specific models in inventory. She only accepted my contact info after I had asked her to stay in contact, and was the opposite of what you think of when the term "car salesman" comes up. In fact, it was her polite demeanor and knowledgeable understanding that made me want to go back and purchase from her. We stayed in touch over a period of months because we couldn't agree on pricing, but once we did, she was right there to assist and remembered everything about our deal from months earlier. (not the stuff in the computer, but the human aspects) Anyways, she was a constant advocate for me and I would highly recommend going to her if you are in the market for a RAM or Dodge.
