Tried to buy the truck for 4 days, 5th day finally got around to getting numbers (I’m 3 hours away) felt like I couldn’t get anything done in a timely manner and didn’t seem like anyone knew what they wer around to getting numbers (I’m 3 hours away) felt like I couldn’t get anything done in a timely manner and didn’t seem like anyone knew what they were doing. Tried to charge me tax when I traded a vehicle worth more. Asked for info on my trade AGAIN after I sent it the first day. Felt like I had to beg to buy the truck. You want to be taken care of to the fullest extent when you spend 80k and didn’t feel like that happened at all. Told them I would be there at 5 to do paperwork never got into finance till 720. Truck wasn’t washed or cleaned up when I got there. Pretty miserable transaction, I couldn’t get anything done answers to my questions that were SIMPLE. If it wasn’t a 1 of 1 used truck I wouldn’t have bought. More
