We tried a couple other Toyota dealers closer to our home but they never got back to us with any of the information that we requested. When we stopped at Waite Toyota, which is 2 1/2 hours from our home, a new sales Representative, Paul Narbone, immediately got to work helping us get on track to the 4-Runner we wanted by searching and ultimately recommending that we order one to get all the unique features we wanted. Before we left we left we put down a deposit and special ordered a 4-Runner..a month later we had our new car and could not be happier with it. Thank you Paul Narbone and Waite Toyota for bringing back the service I have experienced with Toyota in the past. Other dealerships should try to emulate your customer satisfaction practices.
