Chuck took care of everything for us, I work nights which makes it very diffuicult to get things done during business hours. Chuck did everything over the phone for us so we just basically went down to sign paperwork and drive away with our new vehicle. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner and even our trade in went very smooth. I will be recommending this dealship to anyone looking for a vehicle and we definitely will be returning to trade in this vehicle when the time comes, as well as buying a new truck in a few months. I have never been so satisfied with a dealship as I am with Waites! More
