He brought out the vehicle and gave us a fair trade-in value. The vehicle was in excellent shape and Mr. Dibble took the time to explain to my wife and I the features. We were in and out of the dealership within 1 hour and came back the next day after obtaining insurance for the new vehicle. A very pleasant experience, with no haggling or pressure. No Pressure I do not like high pressure /pushy sales people. My sales person was neither of these. I was permitted to take the vehicle to my mechanic to get it ch I do not like high pressure /pushy sales people. My sales person was neither of these. I was permitted to take the vehicle to my mechanic to get it checked over. Waite's fixed everything that my mechanic had listed was wrong with the vehicle (brake pads , rotors, filters, etc.) It was the second vehicle that I purchased from them and they gave me $1000.00 off for being a return customer. I would definitely go to Waite's again. More
