I recently had to have my truck towed there. My Emergency Brake froze up causing my back wheel to not move. I was told they would try to work it in. I was told they would look at it before doing anything they would contact me. I explain that if they just brought it in and let it unthawl it would most likely be okay. We'll they charge me $310.50, cut the line without telling me, told me it was 2 n half hours, which was clearly not true because my car had snow n ice build up all over it. The representative at the desk that I dealt with was nice to me, leaving me the only good feeling of the whole visit. More
