I wrote a negative review after Waite Toyota screwed up my car. The service manager reached out to me today. He seemed more concerned that his dealership had crossed all their T's and dotted all their I' my car. The service manager reached out to me today. He told me "It sounds like you have problems with more than just our garage". Apparently, that makes it OK for Waite screw up someone's car or at least it justified it in his mind. There never was a solution offered to keep me as a customer or to Make the Situation Right. If you own a Toyota, drive to Syracuse to trade or have it serviced. These people have been taking advantage of the North Country for years. And, Wait Toyota does not need to reach out to me to make themselves feel better. I don't expect anything from them. More

The service there is terrible. They cost me an engine taking the car there. The service manager is Craig. I took the car there and suddenly after a year, I need a new radiator (that wasn't giving me issues) , front bearings, new struts, and CV shafts, etc. I started having these things repaired and ended up paying $3,492.07 before going elsewhere. In less than a few days after I had the radiator replaced, the car started to skip and the engine was fried. I had it towed to Waite and they asked me if I ever changed my spark plugs because by not changing them, I had ruined my engine. What these fools don't know is I work in the automotive aftermarket. I have several people I work with that represent spark plug manufacturers. I learned after, Waite was full of xxxx. I then asked them to quote me on replacing the motor with a used one. They quoted $5,900 for the job. I ended up getting the same motor they wanted to use for $1,400 and the labor at a reliable garage was $1,500. I've driven the new motor over 4,000 miles since the repair. A far cry from $5,900. At the end of the day, these xxxxxxxx are thieves. I paid Waite Toyota all that money and they were responsible for much of the repairs that were needed. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More

It was finally time to upgrade my 2014 Toyota Yaris, which I also previously purchased from Waite Toyota. I met with Steve and he showed me a few options that he thought would fit me based on what he kn which I also previously purchased from Waite Toyota. I met with Steve and he showed me a few options that he thought would fit me based on what he knew about what I already drove. He answered a ton of my questions and ultimately helped me make the best decision on the type of vehicle I wanted. Once everything was set, I was also able to talk to Tim who expressed a other of understanding in my situation and helped me decide on the best things to include in my financing package that would work best for me. I saw Jessica again briefly who helped me purchase my Yaris in 2014 and she remembered many details from 11 years ago. Tim checked back in the next day to make sure things went well with taking my vehicle home and that if I had any questions or concerns to reach back out. Overall, I love the team and atmosphere at Waite. If I'm still in the area when it comes time to get another vehicle, I would choose Waite again. Thank you all! More
