My mother in law leased a car with Waikem Nissan. January 30, 2014 she passed away so we've tried on several occasions to return the car. They refuse to take it back even with the death certificate. They have been horrible to work with and have made a difficult time for us even more difficult. Seems like they do a great job of helping you when it puts money in their pocket but they turn a deaf ear if there isn't anything in it for them. More

I came in for service on my leased Altima! When I came into the showroom while waiting for them to finish with the oil change, I was greated by Dustin. I found out though him i could get out of my lease e into the showroom while waiting for them to finish with the oil change, I was greated by Dustin. I never have anytime to go car shopping and I usually dread the time that I am their. When I went to Waikem nissan I worked with Heath Hooper and he actually took the time to get to know me and what I wa dread the time that I am their. I had a maximum out-the-door amount to spend. Jarod searched all of Waikem's dealership inventory and drove me to each lot to check-out every car in my price range. The best choice for me was over my m searched all of Waikem's dealership inventory and drove me to each lot to check-out every car in my price range. The best choice for me was over my maximum, but the manager (Matt) worked with me on the price (cash, no trade-in). I bought my car for exactly the maximum I wanted to pay. Their title and service people are super friendly and even joked with me about being a Steelers fan (ya know, the six-time Super Bowl Champions) in Browns territory. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will return to them when my wife needs another vehicle. More
