Customer service is terrible. The SUV was there 29 days. I understand Covid caused a lot of problems, but I asked Sean to please keep me informed of status, which he did not do. I initiated all contact wit I understand Covid caused a lot of problems, but I asked Sean to please keep me informed of status, which he did not do. I initiated all contact with him and later his boss Robert who I stated my concerns and asked him to please keep me informed of status, which he did not do. I have more details if anyone at Wade Ford is interested. More
Gerald is without a doubt the best when it comes to customer service. I drove in without an appointment and he still worked me in. I can’t say enough about his dedication to his customers. Made an early appointment, but service department didn't even look at my vehicle for two days for a warranty issue. I finally caved and went and got it because I couldn't be without it longer. No loaner o even look at my vehicle for two days for a warranty issue. I finally caved and went and got it because I couldn't be without it longer. No loaner or alternative was offered. I will look for another dealer for future warranty issues. More
Here are just a few examples of the absolute horrendous service issues I’ve had over the past year: Mainly with Sean Dunlap who is the least competent customer service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Rec service issues I’ve had over the past year: Mainly with Sean Dunlap who is the least competent customer service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Received a notice on the fordpass app for the Power Door Lock Actuator Failure extended warranty and schedule an appointment to have it fixed. After dropping the vehicle off, Sean calls and says the warranty extension only covers the driver door but if I’d like they can run a diagnostic on the other doors and it would cost me $180. First off the notice NEVER mentioned a specific door, and obviously I wasn’t going to pay for something that they recognize as a nationwide problem. Two weeks later I received a letter in the mail from Ford around the same warranty extension which clearly stated “ANY power door lock actuator failure” would be replaced free of charge. It also mentioned the repair would take less than half a day. I called and confirmed to ensure they received the same notice and there wouldn’t be any confusion upon dropping my vehicle off. I even scheduled the service a month out because that’s when Sean said the part would be in and he said if I schedule early AM they’d be able to get it done within the same day. When I arrived he mentioned he had no way of knowing if the part was in stock?! AND it would be 3-4 days to get the vehicle diagnosed. FRUSTRATING doesn’t even begin to describe every experience I’ve had at this joke of a dealership. Went in for a routine oil change, of course they suggested I have additional work done. One of which was a brake fluid flush, I agreed. Once service was completed I realized a loud clicking sound when pressing the brake before shifting to drive with the ignition on. Brought it back in and they stated they don’t see a problem and that is standard safety mechanism. I explained to them that I put all 70k miles on my truck and it’s NEVER sounded like that. All they said was they do not have a fix but can guarantee nothing is wrong with it. I spent $420+ for a service that resulted in a loud clicking sound that never occurred prior in the last 5 years/70k+ miles I’ve put on the truck. I also have had to take my truck into this location multiple times for the same issue of my sunroof which still doesn’t work properly. I HIGHLY SUGGEST you find any other Ford dealer for any service/repairs because I’ve never had a worse experience over and over. More
It doesn’t do any good to make an appointment and you sit there for five hours until they start work on your car and no communication from your service writer there for five hours until they start work on your car and no communication from your service writer More

In a world where recalls need help, one women stands to defy the odds. Her name? Chrisy Johnson. She went above and beyond to make sure all is safe in my swaggin waggin. I don’t know what Wade Ford would d defy the odds. Her name? Chrisy Johnson. She went above and beyond to make sure all is safe in my swaggin waggin. I don’t know what Wade Ford would do without her. If there is a fire and you can only take one thing you better grab her. More
