We pre-ordered a 2011 Ford Explorer XLT through Randy. We told him exactly what we wanted and that is what we got! He returned emails quickly and answered all of our questions along the way. Everyone else in the showroom and office were extremely accomodating and I was so embarassed that I did not stop to address the situation with the GM.
