Taking my SUV in for service is not one of my favorite things to do, but when I leave Wade Ford I feel like I'm a part of the Wade Ford family. Everyone, without exception, has a smile on their face and things to do, but when I leave Wade Ford I feel like I'm a part of the Wade Ford family. Everyone, without exception, has a smile on their face and makes you feel like you are one of their favorite customers. From the service rep to the cashier, to the individual who brings you your vechile. It begins with Eric - he is terrific about explaining the situation, the needed work, etc. Thank you Wade Ford. That was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Dealt with the Manager during the visit and he was great also. They had all the vehicles priced on yellow display tags which no other Ford de had. Dealt with the Manager during the visit and he was great also.
