I would only recommend this dealership if and only if I did not have to deal with the salesmen whose name was Joseph. At first he was friendly and I was set on a new Ford Edge when his demeanor turned aggr did not have to deal with the salesmen whose name was Joseph. At first he was friendly and I was set on a new Ford Edge when his demeanor turned aggresive and uncomfortable - bordering on sexual harrassment. I left the dealership without a deal and made a purchase at another dealer the following week. Everyone else in the showroom and office were extremely accomodating and I was so embarassed that I did not stop to address the situation with the GM. I simply wanted out of the situation and quickly. I will NOT consider purchasing a car from this dealership as long as I have to deal with this salesman! More

I had warped rear brake rotors replaced at a discount shop. After a couple of weeks I began to hear a grinding noise in the rear end. I took the car to Wade and they diagnosed the problem immediately. shop. After a couple of weeks I began to hear a grinding noise in the rear end. I took the car to Wade and they diagnosed the problem immediately. Rotors were not the correct size for my car. Wade replaced the rotors with the correct size and I have not had a problem since. They also saved the wrong size rotors for me to the take back to the discount shop for a refund. From now on, I take my car to Wade Ford. More
