Well, I have always hated shopping for a new vehicle, especially from a dealer; however, all I can say is that this is the very first time I was really satisfied with my purchase, as far as the kind of t especially from a dealer; however, all I can say is that this is the very first time I was really satisfied with my purchase, as far as the kind of treatment I got from the sales dept. And, I never felt I was being taken advantage of in any sense. Let me put this way, I flew all the way from Miami, FL to buy my new truck from these guys. I first contacted Donnie M. (with internet sales) since I like to do my shopping online, and she was great from the get-go. However, Donnie's usually so busy with the used cars dept. that she had Larry F. (with new vehicles sales) take care of me. Needless to say, both were very nice and professional and went the extra mile to provide an excellent service. Larry even picked me up at ATL airport. I loved their "Southern" accent and hospitality. But, what I liked and appreciated the most was the fact that neither Donnie nor Larry never, and mean never, pushed me to buy my truck right away or tried to offer me something else. I knew what I wanted and they understood and respected that. And although that's how it should always be, this is very rare to find in any salesperson. Fact is, every employee at met at Wade Ford was super friendly and willing to help and tried to make you feel at ease. BTW, they have the most beautiful blondie for a cahsier. 'Nuff said! More
Very honest and gave me an extra discount that I didn't know I was qualified for on documentation fees. Prices were clearly explained and rebates applied perfectly - very knowledgable staff. They forgot to add 149 on the sales slip for the bedliner on truck but rather than asking us to pay or redoing paper work they gave it to us! More

I had negotiated the lease price over the phone. Sure enough when I got there it was the same. They let us do the test drive on our own and from there everything was handled very well. For me going to a car dealership is greeted with the same fear I have going to the dentist. I do A LOT of homework before I decide to buy a car so when I show up on the lot I am ready to make a decision and fear I have going to the dentist. I worked with salesperson Jeremy Jones as well as Sales Manager Danny Pereira and we negotiated a very fair deal. They worked extremely hard to make my deal work. Jeremy was extremely helpful with a follow up item where I needed a second replacement key as the car I purchased only had one set of keys. They took very good care of me. These folks are extremely friendly and actually made this car purchase a very pleasant experience - one where I came away feeling I was not "taken" and I made a good deal. More
After a bad experience with another Ford dealer, we moved our service business to Wade in 1994. We've been there ever since. They are fair, do good work, and if there is a problem or something is more expe our service business to Wade in 1994. We've been there ever since. At this point we have bought 4 vehicles from them and have them serviced here as well. Very satisfied. More
