I got played. I just feel like Wade Ford was more worried about covering their tracks then providing fair and reasonable service. They had my car for 15 weeks, and I just feel like Wade Ford was more worried about covering their tracks then providing fair and reasonable service. They had my car for 15 weeks, and I still drove away with my car not being fixed but still had to pay a $444 bill just to get my car back. I took my car to other mechanics to get a diagnosis, and they said that Wade Ford clearly did not drive my car after fixing the water pump because I had water in my dash and lines and all the technical things you are supposed to check after changing the water pump. Instead, they tried to cover their steps by telling me a big issue that would give them more money at the end, but I get it, you are a business and upselling is what you do. I will never go back nor recommend them. The fact that they had my car for 15 weeks and were not willing to work with me at all on getting my car fixed when Wade Ford is the reason why I had to put my car back in the shop. The same day I picked it up after getting the water pump fixed, I was stuck on the side of the road a few hours later while headed home for my grandfather's funeral. Jerald was nice, but he had no authority to do much though. More

William promised to call before 5 (when shuttle stops) with status. No call. I called in and asked if vehicle would be ready and was told "By 6-you can come and wait" so told them to send driver. No driver ever showed up. At 7:30 I called and left message that I gave up on shuttle. Truck kept overnight; I finally got a call from someone in checkout around 10am -vehicle was ready. Told them I was still waiting on driver from last night. Finally got picked up and retrieved truck.Service Advisor nowhere to be found. Wanted to get report card and go over any issues,discuss what had been done, etc. After long wait at cashier I was done. Second time in a row that I have had unfavorable service at Wade.Last time was similar problem with Rick Cothran. No promised call, little communication. Never going back. Plenty of other Ford dealers to choose from. More

I have a lot of expensive carbon fiber on my car and he makes sure they are careful working around it. The guys that work on my car do a great job also. They do quality work and respect my car. Quality Work, but poor customer service I have only ever owned Fords and had them serviced at Ford dealerships. I've been going to Wade Ford for over a year for our two Ford vehicles. Today, I have only ever owned Fords and had them serviced at Ford dealerships. I've been going to Wade Ford for over a year for our two Ford vehicles. Today, it took me ten minutes just to pay for the service. There is one cashier. I think it would have been more effective for the service handler to have gone over the report with the customer and then sent the customer to pay. I had to wait for ten minutes while the cashier explained things to the customer. Then the service handler had to print something for the customer and come explain it to the customer. Finally he felt comfortable and paid. When I went to pay, I asked for my report card. The gentleman that started talking to me said that he cannot print that report for me. Then he said that they could not print it in color. Then he clarified that only service handlers print that report. I asked him if he could ask the lady handling my appointment to print it for me (he should have just offered this and not given me excuses). I did not care if it was in color or not. I just needed to know the well-being of my vehicle - every time I have paid for the Works, I have received this report, and usually, the person handling my appointment personally goes over it with me. Well, I paid and went over to the lady to get my report. She said that my keys should be brought over any minute. I had a bunch of things in my arms, so I went to my car, opened it with the code, and set my things down. While I was waiting, a lady saw me and said she'll be right over. When I saw that lady again, she had my keys and was standing about 20 feet away talking to another employee. I got out of my car, walked over to her, and took my keys from her. In total, I had spent an additional ten minutes there just trying to get my keys. I don't think this is the biggest problem in the world, but I do think I could have received better service today.
