Yet another excellent visit! This was my third time visiting Wade for a service call. They were quick, courteous, and completely forthcoming about what my vehicle needed. Employee theft, Wade Ford doesn't mind On 05/10/19 I went to Wade ford to have my newly purchased vehicle serviced with the free oil change and tire rotation that was provided. That's awesome, and I'm thankful for the free service. While getting back into my vehicle, my wife noticed that her sunglasses were missing from the center console of the vehicle. They were inside of a sunglass case and inside of the center console. I searched the vehicle multiple times and even searched the area that we sat inside the building. I just did not want to believe that they came up missing by one of the service tech's. My previous salesperson, Mr Ferguson (who was great throughout my entire buying experience and was very personable) noticed that I was wandering throughout the building. He ask if everything was alright, and I advised him of the situation. He immediately walked my wife and I back into the service department. He got the service writer, Christy or Krissy (which also provided us with a great experience) to stand with us as he went to the technicians to attempt to gain further information. He was unable to. He then also reached out to the Customer Service Manager, Carroll, to come speak with us. I spoke with Carroll and advised her of the same situation. She advised us to sit in the lounge area and she would get back with me. Carroll and the service writer were able to locate the sunglasses in the automotive shop sitting on a technicians tool box from what I was told. The technician advised that the sunglasses were found on the ground in his work area. OK, that's not unbelievable. But, that still doesn't answer the question of why was a technician in my center console for an oil change/tire rotation nor does it answer why the technician felt entitled to go through my belongings and eventually finding the sunglasses, opening the bag and removing them from the vehicle. I thanked them for returning my property, and Carroll was quick to try to get me to leave. At first I did begin to leave, and then thought further into it. I went back to the service writer and obtained further information such as the names listed in this review. Carroll saw me and once again, was there with me. No problem, it is her job. But it was the fact of her trying to get me to just leave the area. I advised her that a police report would be made on the incident and ask if they have video cameras that would show this incident. She stated that they did, and I advised that I too wanted a copy of the video footage that would be obtained if possible. I wanted this provided in case I decided to press criminal charges for the theft/intent of theft. She advised that she would reach back out to me. 05/21/19 I contacted Carroll and was told that she had been on vacation the previous week. Nothing further had been done. Carroll advised that she would email management to see what could be done and to try to speed up the process. I thanked her and went about my day. I received a call back 2 hours later from Carroll stating that the email had been sent and I would be contacted by her again. She also stated that the general manager had advised her to do whatever was needed. I still expressed my disappointment with the company and the lack of care for their customers and their belongings. She continued stating that she would be doing everything she could. 05/25/19 I reached out to Carroll again to once more find out that nothing further had been done. I was irritated with the situation and disconnected before I would say how I truly felt. Once again, I was advised she would reach back out to me. 06/06/19 I reached out once more to Carroll who stated that she was so glad I called because she was about to contact me.... I was told that the videos don't catch the inside of the vehicles that the techs work on. I ask if the video would still show who entered my vehicle and she stated that it would. That would still narrow down the suspects. Carroll did advise when ask that an internal investigation had not been done. I then expressed my disappointment with Wade ford and let them know that I would be writing a thorough review of my terrible experience with Wade Ford and how disappointed I am with the entire situation. When I expressed my disappointment, all Carroll had to say was that I lied about the cost of the sunglasses, when in reality, I showed her what the sunglasses looked like on Google which had a different price listed than what was paid. I wasn't asked how much I paid, it was assumed. Once again, I was advised that I would be reached out to. I received a call back one hour later from the service manager, Jason. Who advised that that an investigation had occurred. Not sure of previously or within the hour of Carroll telling me that it hadn't been done and then getting this call. The technicians had been spoken to and warned that they were being watched. Apparently neither technician knew about the sunglasses other than them somehow ending up on the shop floor. When I advised that it was difficult for sunglasses to get from a case in a center console to the shop floor all by themselves, I was advised that is "assuming" that is where the sunglasses were. So not only was something almost taken from me, I also get called a liar for stating where the sunglasses were. Yes, I searched the building because I didn't want to believe it, but who wouldn't before placing a blame of theft on someone? He stated there was nothing further he could do, and I brought up the point that I would have been more accepting of this information 3 weeks ago instead of waiting almost an entire month before I hear from anyone other than Carroll. But the fact of pushing off ever speaking to me is nothing but proving my point more of Wade Ford not caring about their customers. I do not recommend Wade Ford to anyone. I hate that it has come to this because I truly enjoyed my experience with Mr Ferguson and the service writer. But apparently the customers are not a concern for the management or Carroll. More

"Fast Service" I had to leave town in a bit of a hurry and needed an oil change and trip check. Bad experience next to being an incompetent dealership! I flew in from CA to buy my 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum the day after Thanksgiving 2018. I only had a few days to buy the vehicle, and ship it back to I flew in from CA to buy my 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum the day after Thanksgiving 2018. I only had a few days to buy the vehicle, and ship it back to CA. Before I needed to fly back to California. By using the internet I had already identify the vehicle at this dealership that I wanted purchase. After test driving the vehicle I discovered that the driver side pillar post was somewhat loose. I had selected the vehicle and was willing to allow the dealership to repair this part. In which they simply dropped the ball on. No one seemed to be able to give me a concert day and time to get this repaired. After going into the dealership for the repair that I had been told was schduel. And after nurmous calls to the dealership about getting the item fixed. I had to finally just give up and have the vehicle shipped to CA. Also during this buying experience. Financing the vehicle through ford credit should of took an hour to an hour and a half, took numerous hours due to the finance person being on the phone taking care of his personal business! More
Great job Took my 2013 Fusion in because it would not start and I didn’t know why. I also needed an oil change. Well the issue was old batteries cables. I have been using this location for the last 3 years now and they have always been fair and up front. They are always super busy and it does take awhile so if no major issues make an appointment so you can be in and out. Thanks guys for all your hard work. More
