When I decided I wanted a new Edge, I called Ralph I purchased an 2014 Explorer from Ralph Ferguson 4 years ago and was delighted with the experience. When I decided I wanted a new Edge, I called Ralph & he had to do an extensive search to find on with all of the specs I wanted, but was able to find one within a few days & it is incredible! Bait and switch Asked service rep for multipoint inspection to be emailed to me. He did not, but was informed that brake job was needed. Was told by service rep that Asked service rep for multipoint inspection to be emailed to me. He did not, but was informed that brake job was needed. Was told by service rep that rotors looked good. The following week service rep was not working that day so I left my truck to have $249.95 brake job performed. Service rep called following Monday and informed me that rotors needed replacement. I agreed to job only if he sent pictures of old rotors still attached as well as after service performed. Did NOT receive photos as requested and job was performed to the total price of $900+. Did receive the inspection report after service rep said email was incorrect. My fault for not telling him not to perform job, but was out of town and was under impression that $249.95 price would work. WRONG! More

He didn’t have good customer service skills he made it seems like we were a bother to him. The fiancé guys rushed us in and out and didn’t take up any time with us and acted as if it was a big deal if I asked questions. We would still visit Wade Ford as long as we can work directly with Courtney. More
