Horrible, they rotated my wheels, did 4 wheel drive service, on my f 250, my wheel rolled off my truck, while I was driving, they treated myself and my wife like we where nothing, wheel was not tighten service, on my f 250, my wheel rolled off my truck, while I was driving, they treated myself and my wife like we where nothing, wheel was not tightened right, would not take blame, so now I have hired a law firm, they put me in small ford car as loaner, 7 days later I was hit a put in trauma unit at hospital,mike the manager said that wade ford just found out aftermarket wheels need yo be checked every 2000 miles, yet wafe ford tells customers rotate and check after 5000 miles,404-550-1353, will never go back,my number if you want more details.horrible people, I am waiting to see what they start telling there customers, or they wait for someone to get hurt, I was lucky I was going slow when wheel rolled off.
