I have a lengthy and mixed review.The last three times I have a lengthy and mixed review. The last three times I came in for service and picked up my vehicles afterwards and driving home, I found that t I have a lengthy and mixed review. The last three times I came in for service and picked up my vehicles afterwards and driving home, I found that the vehicles did not get the attention that I had expected. So, I had to turn around and bring them back, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. The most significant incident of a SNAFU was that the mechanic working on my GT350 had raised the car on a pillar lift instead of a flat bed lift, which caused the vehicle to torque resulting in the driver door rubbing against the front quarter panel, which in turn warped both, loosing paint and gaining dents. The door could not open properly, and the body shop did end up fixing it at no cost to me. However, the sub-skin damage has already been done to the car, and we’ll have to wait and see how long it takes for something to manifest itself. This is a shame considering how expensive the GT350 and 500s are. The bottom line is this: be very cautious when getting your vehicles back and do not settle for mediocre work. I am not sanguine on the pride taken by their service team when working on vehicles. However, I am convinced that the service supervisor (Jason) and the shop, foreman (Robert) DO Take Pride in their work and that of their department. Both of them exceeded my expectations! You can count on the shop to make things right. They just need to work on the back of the shop team. The service managers are great, knowledgeable and friendly. However, those performing the surgery whether on the body or on the mechanics need better training, supervision, accountability, and discipline in their craft. I doubt they work on their vehicles with the same deprived heart they have when working on ours. Maybe, I have too high of expectations. However, I doubt it. Summary: shop foremen, shop supervisors, front desk customer service reps are great! However, the ones performing the service need to pay attention to detail and need to focus on discipline. Training might help, but if they lack the pride in their work, all the training in the world will not help. It would be a waste in money and time in addition to the cost the dealership incurs every time they have to make good on the Wade name. Although disappointed, I remain a loyal, but demanding customer. I expect exceptional work; not excellent, not great, not OK, not mediocre; and certainly not poor work or anything less. More
