I was not able to call into the facility because the phone system continued taking me to the general message, regardless of what department I tried (sales, operator, parts and body). The insurance company placed a call (I assume to their separate number) and service got back on track. Other than that degree of frustration, I went in and the repair was done in a quality manner and in the time committed. Also, the lot is extremely confining with difficulty moving around. Since I was only there for a short period of time this was only annoying. The final service provider was friendly and courteous throughout the process. More
