We receive no calls or communications with updates on the status of our license plates. First of all a dealership should not make a mistake on any paperwork involving a purchase of car, and certainly not the VIN number. How does that happen??? Second we should be receiving updates and a time frame. I have called twice to receive any update, but they still could not give me a definite date as to when it will be done. More
