He took time to listen to what we were looking for, type, color, payment, etc. Customer service means so much to me and we definitely received that from him, along with a good personality, and a lot of patience. I'm not always the easiest person to please and somewhat outspoken when making car deals, but he took it all in stride and at the end of the day we walked away with a car we love.
