Very friendly and patient with children! We had a two and a four year old with us one of the days and my daughter randomly threw up in the middle of the lobby. He assisted us in cleaning up the mess and was patient as he had to wait for us to get everyone and everything cleaned up. When I went to pick up my car he was great about assisting me with transporting the car seats from my old car to my new car and helping me clean my car out- something I would say went above and beyond his job description. We ended up receiving the price point we wanted and had an enjoyable experience (how often can you say that?) buying the car as well! More
