Right Vehicle but not easy In the end everything worked out well and I got the vehicle I wanted but it was not a simple process. Once we agreed upon what vehicle I wanted it took the dealership over 4 weeks to track down and coordinate for the vehicle I wanted. This only happened when I called 3 day prior to the agreed upon purchase date and reminded them that I was coming in to buy the vehicle. The cost to "acquire" the vehicle was passed on to me. Additionally, I was only provided one key to the vehicle and am still waiting for the second key to arrive 3 weeks later. Finally, I had to call the dealership because they did not provide all the documentation I needed to register the vehicle. When I called they were very quick to respond and provide the necessary paperwork but it cost me time and two trips to the DMV which is never a pleasant experience. It's unfortunate because up until that point I had nothing but good things to say about the dealership. They were up front, honest, cordial, and respectful of my wishes after the initial test drive. That went a long way in my decision to buy a Hyundai. They were also able to get the vehicle type I wanted despite my very specific request. It just could have been handled better to save the Dealership and the customer money and time. More

Secondly when we decided that we may not want to purchase the vehicle the finance manager started to guilt trip me and my husband saying that I wasted his and the salesman time because I was being indecisive. Instead of him making sure that this was the vehicle and the deal that I wanted to sign up for. So for that reason I would recommend that you secure your on financing before even visiting this dealership. I believe that the salesman are nice and I didn't feel pressure from them as much as I felt from the finance manager. I wouldn't go back again unless I had got my own financing beforehand. More
