I really wasn't even in the market for buying a car at that moment but Justin was great at showing us the selection Justin Owens was a great salesman. Right Vehicle but not easy In the end everything worked out well and I got the vehicle I wanted but it was not a simple process. Once we agreed upon what vehicle I wanted it to In the end everything worked out well and I got the vehicle I wanted but it was not a simple process. Once we agreed upon what vehicle I wanted it took the dealership over 4 weeks to track down and coordinate for the vehicle I wanted. This only happened when I called 3 day prior to the agreed upon purchase date and reminded them that I was coming in to buy the vehicle. The cost to "acquire" the vehicle was passed on to me. Additionally, I was only provided one key to the vehicle and am still waiting for the second key to arrive 3 weeks later. Finally, I had to call the dealership because they did not provide all the documentation I needed to register the vehicle. When I called they were very quick to respond and provide the necessary paperwork but it cost me time and two trips to the DMV which is never a pleasant experience. It's unfortunate because up until that point I had nothing but good things to say about the dealership. They were up front, honest, cordial, and respectful of my wishes after the initial test drive. That went a long way in my decision to buy a Hyundai. They were also able to get the vehicle type I wanted despite my very specific request. It just could have been handled better to save the Dealership and the customer money and time. More
