Bad attitude of salesperson We went to test drive a vehicle at this dealership. Contacted Ryan and he said he would have it ready for us. As we were making our initial inspection We went to test drive a vehicle at this dealership. Contacted Ryan and he said he would have it ready for us. As we were making our initial inspection of the car Ryan told us that the car had still NOT been through the service department's inspection. My husband checked it out upon arrival and noticed that the idle was really low and rough, as if it wanted to shut off. We mentioned that and he said it could be a spark plug. So we test drove it and came back and told him how we noticed the steering wheel shaking after getting up to a certain speed. He said that one of the tires needed to be replaced. Then we told him again how low it was idling. He said he had to talk to his manager. He then came back outside and said that his manager would come down off the price to replace 4 tires (not just 1 that he mentioned earlier) but we would have to purchase them. We told him that we just didn't like the way it was idling. He said he would see if he could get his service people to check it out. After a few minutes he came back to us and said that service checked it out and there weren't any codes that came up, but still no explanation of the rough idle. Overall, we felt that Ryan wasn't being straight with us about the car. My husband and I excused ourselves and discussed that we didn't like the answer as to why the car was idling low (which wasn't really an answer as to the reason it was doing so), and also that we went from replacing 1 tire to replacing 4. We then went back to let him know that we will think about it and we had some other cars to look at. He said he had to go talk to his manager and then came back and said ok. We told him that we would let him know our decision by the end of the day. My husband texted him several hours later and told him that we were going with a different car. He asked what we went with and my husband replied Sentra. His final response to our text was "Thanks for coming in and having me stop the shop to get an inspection so you could go by (sp) somewhere else"". My husband then blocked him and chose not to respond. That is very unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately for him, we didn't buy a car from anyone else, but we will definitely not be going back to purchase one should they have something we were looking for. More

Also, I know people who have purchased vehicles there recently. I’m happy to see that nothing has changed and this dealership excels in customer service. I talked to Justin Owens and told him my needs, wants, and limitations and he directed me to a pre-owned 2018 Kia Soul and that was the car I bought. The Kia exceeded my expectations and the deal was down. Adam Crow got me great financing within my budget and I didn’t have to settle on lesser warranties or service plans. These guys are great and plan to be a long standing customer. More
