Service Visited for oil change and transmission service. Did oil change but was told they could not do transmission service until mileage reached 100,000 mile Visited for oil change and transmission service. Since they had wanted to do it at 50,000 miles and warranty book says do it at 75,000 miles, I found it strange they refused to do it. When I asked why, I could not get an answer. Even e-mailed them after service, for explanation, but no response. More

Sleezy xxxxxxx salespeople Horrible sales people. I got massively scammed. Had a credit score of 760 and wanted to lease an Elantra at which the price online I was quoted at 183 Horrible sales people. I got massively scammed. Had a credit score of 760 and wanted to lease an Elantra at which the price online I was quoted at 183 without taxes. I went in and the lowest price I "qualified" was 245 and that is what I pay now. Anthony Delia and the finance absolutely scammed me, and I have the resources and people to back me. I bought this car almost a year ago when I was not an educated buyer and they exploited that. They will exploit you even if you're an educated buyer. Here's what to watch out for: Don't tell them what you want your monthly bill to be before they give you a price because sometimes the price of the car is lower than your cap. By telling them this, they can easily make an expensive car look cheap by readjusting the loan terms and conditions. Another thing they do in the car industry is this thing called "sending the client through the roof". This is when you tell them what you want to pay and then they go to the finance office and when they come back they give you an absurd number. In my case, I said I wanted to pay $200 max. They came back from the office and told me for a base model Elantra the price was 340 and to make me feel like I "won" they lowered the price of my bill to 245 when I should have paid no more than 210 with taxes. Always have them show you your numbers on the computer as they run them... It's really easy for them to play with numbers without you looking... that's why they run all the prices in the back behind your back... whatever markup they can sell you on all goes to their pockets... Not once before leasing my car did I get documents saying my credit score was or an invoice for the cars price. It was until after I signed all my papers were signed where I found a 760 credit score and a lease rate of 21%. That being well above "well-qualified" I could have left the lot with a Genesis if I wanted to with that credit score and what I could have put down. This is all wisdom I got from a car dealer general manager from Utah and me reading sales psychology books like Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion By Rober Caldini. My current mentor who is in Utah was telling me about the tactics that car salespeople use and as he was listing them off I was realizing every single one of these tactics used on me. At the end of the sale, they'll say that they don't get paid on commission. Instead, they get paid by you leaving a good comment on this platform. That's why they have such a high rating. Most people do their ratings after they just got their new car and have that new car high. Here I am a year later, overpaying for an average daily commuter as an educated buyer now, leaving a comment of utter disappointment. Hope you get something from this comment Anthony, but just in case you don't. I hope the 30 some dollars I'm overpaying for my car are feeding your family and putting Junk into your Subaru More
Crooked Sux sux sux sux. I took my car in because my radio got a malware virus. I had to fight tooth and nail for the warranty to be honored, to be told by co Sux sux sux sux. I had to fight tooth and nail for the warranty to be honored, to be told by corporate Hyundai it would be covered at 100% after 27 phone calls to California...yes I have them documented, but only to be gouged for $125 in labor by the dealership to have the repair made. Then the icing, I find out when I try to activate my new radio ID with Sirius from my old radio ID that my new radio ID was actually a used radio and it had a previous owner and it was still registered to the previous owner and the previous vehicle that it was in. So I can't even activate my Sirius radio now! I also asked to have the rear panel of my car repaired as the clips that hold the back bumper on cracked and broke. They totally ignored that repair and it was not even touched after having my car in the shop for a month. I picked my car up covered in dust filthy. The millennials that run the service department have no customer service skills and I was told "that's just the way the cookie crumbles". Needless to say they had this lady hotter than fish grease and cussing like a sailor by the time I left them. Unbelievable that they are allowed to operate a dealership. Where is the management and the professional service that we used to know under the old days of Sam Nay. I still have repair needs...do I make myself miserable by having no choice but to go to the only crap dealership in town for repairs? I'm guessing not!!! But one thing is for certain I WOULD NEVER buy or deal with this xxxx hole dealership again and someone is going to hear about it. 1/28/19 - having another warranty repair done at a dealership 45 miles away - Hyundai is working on getting my $$$$ back from Greg May Hyundai for me as it was a 100% guarantee repair. Will keep you posted. More

Purchase of a New Hyundai Sonata I was looking for a newer (2015 or newer) Hyundai but wasn't sure which model I wanted. Tony worked with me explaining all the pros and cons of each I was looking for a newer (2015 or newer) Hyundai but wasn't sure which model I wanted. Tony worked with me explaining all the pros and cons of each one allowing me to test drive a new smaller SUV and a new Hyundai Sonata. It certainly helped me make a decision to purchase the Sonata. It has all the features I wanted at a very affordable price. It seems Tony knew what I would like better than me (the key here is that Tony really listened to what I was telling him and helped me with my decision). I am really happy with my new 2018 Hyundai Sonata! Thanks Tony!! More
