Total lack of knowledge I have taken the Hyundai Genesis back to them 4 times to fix the noise that it has when you start driving in the morning. First couple times they said they couldn’t hear it, then they said it needed brakes, which we checked on and they were wrong. The last time we took it in they said there was nothing wrong. The service manager is very rude and totally incompetent. I will never buy another vehicle from a Greg May Dealership and I will tell everybody I see the same thing. More

Three hour oil change. Really? I dropped off my car at 7:30 am for an oil change and replacement of a windshield wiper. I drove off the lot at 10:40 am.
