He went above and beyond to help get my car repaired and back to me as quickly as possible while providing me with a loaner car in the meantime. He stayed in contact with us daily, giving us updates about the repair schedule and any changes that arose. Ben took on our case, assessed the situation, gave us knowledgeable feedback and provided nothing but exceptional customer service! More

Rude service I have owned my sonata since 2015. My original salesman was amazing but he is now gone. I have tried to see about upgrading but the salespeople are I have owned my sonata since 2015. I went in for service on Friday and it starts out the lady in front of me said she had a fast leak in her tire and the service man looks at her and says well our tires are expensive and then grabs some guy to help her. My turn now, first I tell them my name and spell it all out Malisa Spivey, I get did you have an appointment? Me, no I always just drop off I don’t care how long I have other arrangements, then I get dis you buy your car here? Me, yes, hmmm well your not in the computer. Again, I spell my name he looks again and says nope I don’t see you, finally he says oh someone spelled your name wrong it’s spelled Malisa, I then looked at him and my daughter and said yes that’s how I spell my name. Fast forward, I called about 4 hours later and asked about the car and he said it’s next, no problem I said, then I asked if he could get someone to appraise my car - 2016 sonata hybrid, excellent condition and 46,000 miles. He says, well I’m not sure they are going to give you the appraisal because they don’t like to give business to other people. I then said could you just ask I’m thinking about trading up. He said sure. Then the salesman called me was rude and it was a 2 second conversation I said what did my car appraise at he said 12,500 and hung up. This was the worst experience and had only totaled up the the other three bad experiences I had. Once upon a time things were nice when a man and a young girl who were dating ran the service department they were so customer service oriented. I fell bad for Greg May, service sucks. More
