Window switch and recalls Well I called ahead to schedule appointment to fix drivers side window button and do any recalls. They had plenty of time to order the part, they said this was not under our bumper to bumper warranty and they also did not have the part. Now I have to wait, bring the car back and it’s a huge inconvenience. I would have wait d until they got the parts and done it all at one time. Poor communication More

Good visit to the Service Team The appointment setting online was nice. The awareness email we got about the recall and the checkup, were good reminders. Cars not worth buying It started out with my 2014 Elantra GT using a quart of oil every 300-400 miles. My mechanic advised me to take it to the dealership since the motors It started out with my 2014 Elantra GT using a quart of oil every 300-400 miles. My mechanic advised me to take it to the dealership since the motors were recalled. The morning I took it to them I put another quart of oil in it to fill it up. It was knocking all the way to work. As you know 1 quart will not cause this. They had my car almost a month. They said they drove it and all they could find is that it came in a quart & half low. This was also causing the knocking. As you have already figured out I hope,,,,THIS IS CRAP ON BOTH ACCOUNTS. Tried to tell them, but no it came in low. Talked to corporate office and they said the car was not in the realm of the recall. When ask how,,,I was told because I hadn't taken out extended warranty & it had 180k miles on it. This should not matter since IT IS A RECALL. Was also told the vin number was not in the recall. Again,,,the car has not been recalled,,,IT'S THE MOTOR. Was also told they need to do a consumption test, but we need all the times we bought oil & mileage. We have it ,but what the use,,,,corporate would not stand up for the car so why the dealership. I don't have time for this kind of runaround & crap. I bought a new car & it was no way a Hyundai. I'm telling everyone about this. After all was said and done they actually had the nerve to charge me a $68.55 diagnostic fee. The dealership was Greg May Hyundai in Waco,Texas. More
