Since they had to order the part, they rescheduled me and took care of the whole thing on the next visit. I had an extended warranty with a third party but they processed it without a problem. More

Not a good experience I have yet to have a good experience there & have gone 3 times. You make an appointment tell them you need a shuttle, driver was not there on time nei I have yet to have a good experience there & have gone 3 times. They offer a coupon online for an oil change, go to check out & they dont know why that coupon is on THEIR website & they dont do that oil & they DONT HONOR IT! I printed it out 2 days before my appointment & told them that. They pull my car around & block me in. They dont seem to go out of their way or care to make sure you have a good experience. I will only go back for a recall. I'll take my business elsewhere. More
