Excellent Service!! I live almost 4 hours away, and it was still the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! It began over the phone. I first spoke to Ramsey, the GM, and had a ton of questions. He was very informative and I felt that he thoroughly explained everything that I was unsure about. I explained how I already knew what I wanted because I had been looking at their website, but that since I was hours away, I could not make that long drive and also spend hours at the store. He said they would make it as easy as they possibly could and he then had Josh, a sales associate, help me start the application process. Josh was also very informative and kind. He asked what I was interested in and what features were important to me. When I finally arrived to the dealership hours later, the car I wanted was already in front waiting for me! Josh went over every thing with me and then went with me for a test drive. I loved the car even more in person! Finance was a breeze too! Rahimi was fantastic and again thoroughly explained all of the warranty the car came with and all of the additional that was available if I chose to do so. Not once was anyone pushy or made me feel like they just wanted to sell me a car. After my purchase, Josh went over all of the features and even set my phone up for me. He was very genuine and took his time to ensure that I wasn't left with any questions. Throughout the entire process, the managers checked on us and made conversation with us. That just doesn't happen at other dealerships! You never see management! They're always stuck behind their desks. I am so happy with my new car! I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know and purchase again in the future. More

Service appointment for oil change and tire rotation I was unable to schedule my service appointment online either due to my phone not recognizing the link or a website issue. I contacted the service ce I was unable to schedule my service appointment online either due to my phone not recognizing the link or a website issue. I contacted the service center after their opening hours and spoke with someone who was able to schedule an appointment same day at 3pm. When I arrived the gentleman working at the service counter was extremely nice and helpful explaining that they would have my car in the stall within minutes. He said to expect around 45 minutes for the allowed time to rotate my tires and change the oil. My car was ready by 3:50 and I was back at work within an hour. Great service and great team at this location! More

After waiting 1.5 hrs past my appointment time, the service clerk told me what they were not going to repair my vehicle; reason was they overbook the appointment schedule. He asked to come back the next day and maybe they will be able to service my vehicle. What's the purpose of making an appointment if the dealer will not honor it? I will never go there and will tell everyone I come across, "DO NOT BUY OR SCHEDULE SERVICE FROM GREG MAY." I took my vehicle to Automax in KIlleen, TX and was promptly taken care of. More
